1. Participate in the pre-quality planning, trial production verification and standardized mass production of new products, as well as the formulation and update of quality documents;
2. Led the solution of monthly thematic quality problems, proposed improvement measures and tracked and confirmed them;
3. Leading the handling of customer complaints or complaints, convening relevant departments and personnel to conduct review, cause analysis, and confirmation of improvement effects to ensure that quality assurance meets customer and market needs;
4. Continuous improvement of the daily quality of the production process to ensure that the manufacturing process is centered on continuous improvement to achieve the purpose of prevention;
5. Quality inspection and guidance before supplier introduction, and promotion of abnormal improvement process of incoming materials; Conduct regular on-site audits of suppliers and drive continuous improvement;
6. Use QC seven methods to analyze production line anomalies, and use SPC tools to monitor the stability and effectiveness of on-site quality;
7. Systematization of measuring instrument management and MSA analysis specifications.

1. Certain experience in quality management of new product development;
2. Good at communication, with collaboration, execution and analysis skills;
3. Work experience related to quality management process is preferred, and those without experience can be trained.
